Consider trying the local Sri Lankan dishes during meals-they are really good and a highlight of the dining experience.

Wonderful beaches, two large pools and a beautiful garden! Clean room!
Too many cats and dogs at breakfast in the garden, no parasols! In the dining room much too cold and quite dark!

I was travelling with my wife and overall it was wonderful relaxing and beautifully designed hotel. The location was marvellous and amazing, just next door to the back garden, liked this place. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby...

This place is a balanced option for a fleeting pause in Bentota with excellent value. The staff went out of their way to decorate our room for our anniversary, made our stay even more special. Make sure to communicate any special occasions in advance for personalized touches.

Super nice staff, super location, super food.
Dinner prices, noisy rooms facing the hall.

Beautifully designed space with a perfect blend of architecture and nature, reflecting Geoffrey Bawa's vision. The two expansive pools boast clear water, minimal chlorine, and are well-maintained.
The beach experience can be tricky due to strong currents. The hotel seems to attract large groups, sometimes leading to overcrowded areas, particularly during weekends. Some room maintenance quirks, like towel rail placements, may irk perfectionists, though fresh towels are always available on request.

Good hotel with well-kept grounds. Very nice and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the short stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very large and everyone will find something here.
The seller on the beach is a little annoying.

The friendly staff and gorgeous beach made the stay enjoyable, but the room had some cleanliness issues and the restaurant was quite noisy. It was a pleasant experience, especially with the variety of food available and the lovely pool area.

Really good service from our room attendant, always with a smile.
Front office staff were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy.

We liked the friendly staff, good spread of buffet, and the lovely pool which was clean.
Facility needs more renovation and bit more cleaner floors. But believe renovation has already begun.
